Re: TV Fixtures Release Date

A quick search of my Gmail reveals that March TV games were announced on 18th January last year - so it could well be next week that we know for sure.

Re: REDaction campaign on safe standing

Its going to take alot more than a 10000 signed petition to get safe standing in place but its a good start

I'd like to know what the next step is too. A strong petition is a good start, but where do we go from there? Is it thrown straight in the bin as soon as it's presented to the club? Too ...

REDaction campaign on safe standing

From their mailout.....

Today, REDaction launch a petition aimed to advance the campaign for safe standing in the Premier League. Specifically, we are petitioning Arsenal and Ivan Gazidis – we want them to start playing a proactive and leading role in moving things forward. We have all seen other ...

Think REDaction will most probably get Dan's banner made (as well), hopefully for permanent fixing in the stadium.

REDaction's Cesc Fabregas banner - vote on the wording

As you know, REDaction's next banner project is one for Cesc - a banner to be hung from the front of one of the tiers, hopefully to stay there permanently. We had dozens of responses to our call for suggestions for the wording of this banner - thanks to all that contacted us. We have whittled the ...

Re: New York bar showing Arsenal

does anybody know some where showing our game v Burnley
(my head hurts and scores is rubbish)

Bit late now, but Nevada Smiths is the place to go in New York - if you're still there for the Porto game, head down there. Its on 3rd Avenue, between 11th and 12th streets. The New York Gooners are ...

Total cost is just under a grand I believe.

Ok, here it is. http://twitpic.com/16154b It is 18ft by 15ft, it is on order now, and it should be with us in time for the Burnley game on Saturday, for us to drop from Club Level. Failing that, for Porto on Tuesday week. Thanks must go to the posters on the ...

Re: Away Scheme Renewal

Connolly55 wrote:Hi guys, just a quick question, this is my first season on the away scheme, do they send out renewal forms like travel club or do they automatically do it?

Thanks.

Connolly.
You get a renewal form at some point (think it was late June last year) - it's not automatic.

Good, well structured reply.

The problem for me is that the things that you can do, the club will allow, will not change whether you have a dozen or a hundred people. The club will only let things go to a certain level.

For me, yet certainly not for all, some of these things are tinkering around ...

Alan,

Marcangels maybe right but I have a feeling if you disassociated yourself from the club and done things off your own back then people might see RedAction as a cause worth taking interest in.

Aligning yourself with the club will always cause suspicion. On this thread you can see their are ...

Ah, and another thing....

Renaming of the quadrants is on the agenda for the club (as is bringing the Clock back inside the stadium). It could be that when the quadrants get renamed, they are divided up as "stands" rather than as they currently are. Its all going to be looked into later this season ...

I was at the Fans Forum meeting, so a few answers to a few questions:

1. Alkmaar away - we got 850 tickets, they were put on sale to away scheme members for 3 hours, and the sale was announced with less than 48 hours notice on the website. So, a load of away scheme members missed out. Arsenal have ...
