Flamini works exceptionally hard in every game he plays. His organisational skills are something we've lacked too.
I think he was a very good addition during the summer ( even though we should have bought more).

Absolutely, he gets my vote for most improved player.

He's a great player to have in the squad and as he didn't cost us anything, a bargain too.

I don't think nationality matters but what I do think the German players will add to our team is discipline. This can only be a good thing for us.
