This whole thing couldn't be any more pathetic if they tried. What a fucking mess.
Correcting clear and obvious errors was all it was ever intended to be used for. How the fuck have we ended up drawing lines on a players big fucking toe :banghead:

Thank fuck for VAR eh? We cannot possibly allow players gaining the advantage of a toe offside even if they’ve got their back to goal

How did we cope without it all those year? :censored:

Have we ever had a VAR decision go in our favour?

Yep another "clear and obvious error" there.

:cussing:
Honestly, the whole fucking lines on the screen thing is pathetic. They have to stop all this toe or finger offside shit. Unless there is visible space between attacker and defender, you can not say a clear and obvious error has occurred. It's nothing but hypocritical and chaotic.

Spot on mate. They should not be allowed to daw lines and take so long. You can spot clear and obvious errors with one or two replay s just with the naked eye.

"Just saw an interview with Parker. He was dressed like a 1970s California university lecturer in the worst cardigan I've ever seen"

Why does that not surprise me.

Just watched an old game of Arsenal vs Fulham (At the bowl) Arteta was playing mid-field and I now understand why he Loves Xhaka so much.

He played the ball backwards more than any other player on our team, he was unadventurous, dire and slow, passing the ball back when other options were clearly available, I think it is an indicator of how he is as a manager/coach...

AND he gave away a penalty, from which Berbatov scored to take the lead to 2 - 3

We equalise through Lampost, then in the 95th minute we are awarded a (dubious) penalty for handball; the possible penalty takers in the team are Podolski, Corzola and Arshavin even Giroud!!! But guess who grabs the ball and steps up to take the pen which could win us the game!?? Yup! good ole Captain Scarlet and what a Lame Fuckking penalty it is...their goalie Schwartzer saves it with ease.

95th Minute and the USELESS FUCKKER MISSES! and it ended 3 - 3.
Thats extremely selective mate. For his first two seasons with us Arteta was a very good DM. He was the closest we had to a Gilberto type player that could read the game and anticipate the play. Whilst some dicks were hailing Alex Mong for his one Hollywood tackle every 5 games Arteta just got on with the quiet business of covering the back 4 effectively.

Whatever about his new persona as Martinez-Lite, lets not rewrite history about him as a player.
You need to go and watch the game mate he was AWFUL..

Not all the time but Bad enough to be dropped if he was the manager then

Absolutely guaranteed to see 50 year old Willian in the second half to replace Martinelli within 15 mins of the restart

I don't mind VAR for offsides so long as it's consistent.

Might save a goal being scored against us also.

After a rarely seen double arm gesticulation, Xhaka casually takes the free kick and passes it straight to a Fulham player :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
The double point was stunning though. 8)

They spend longer drawing needless lines on a screen than they do at looking whether a Burnley player has handballed it twice in two seconds. It's fucking disgraceful.
