Arteta out calls beginning early next season
Re: Season 21/22 Fixtures
I just posted the same so thought I'd best delete it before DB10 wakes up.
Nice to see we have our usual easy start to a season.
And for the first time ever we play the 2nd round of the Carabao Cup.

Will be the must see fixture of the year. Category A I’m hearing.

Re: Season 21/22 Fixtures
I'm predicting 1 point in August (or maybe a scraped win at Brentford).
January, I will be avoiding football if we sign our African targets because they'll all sod off for the African Cup.

Re: Season 21/22 Fixtures
I couldn't believe the fixtures were out so soon and had absolutely no interest in them whatsoever - still trying to forget the dullest season for 25 years.
That last sentence has cheered me up a bit though as I thought I'd have to wait till October for a meaningful game but due to Captain Black's incompetence we'll get one in September in the Carabao

I take it that this fixture will be for season ticket holders only?SteveO 35 wrote: ↑Sat Jun 19, 2021 8:11 amI couldn't believe the fixtures were out so soon and had absolutely no interest in them whatsoever - still trying to forget the dullest season for 25 years.

Included in the 7 cup fixtures that make up the season ticket ?
We might even get to welcome Sutton United to the Emirates now that they are a league side

Scarborough where I got in the ground late and because of the fog I spent the first few minutes cheering them on before I realised we were in yellow and not red & white.StuartL wrote: ↑Mon Jun 21, 2021 5:39 pmHey don’t knock it, I well remember glamour trips away to Shrewsbury and HuddersfieldClummo99 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 17, 2021 5:50 pm2nd round of the Carabao Cup against Doncaster or the like. And who could forget Macclesfield away when they played at Leek Town's ground. The Gents toilet was a pile of sand behind a brick wall.
Football in the 80's. Great memories.
