If Holding gives his teammates the jitters, they have an odd way of showing it. He has arguably had more of the ball than any other Arsenal player. We keep turning in the midfield and feeding him!!

True!

I know he's been slightly better overall this season but I can't shake the feeling that we are where we are in spite of Clive. As DB says, a few games of him doing the bare minimum and he's lauded as a massive influential midfield leader. He's anything but, I can't help it, I can't stand the c**t. No leadership anywhere on the field. We need to massively step up 2nd half

That’s what I can’t understand - keep the fucking ball away from him :banghead:

The more I see Gabriel's challenge the worse it looks. Complete moronic brain fart.

Watching how Partey just gave up when Rice robbed him and half arsedly appealed for a free kick....fucking terrible. And for the life of me I still can't work out what sort of tackle that was from Gabriel???

The even bigger issue with Holding here is that the only thing you can normally rely on him to do well is head it out. Antonio is doing him every time

10 seconds into the second half and they’re targeting Tierney again

A classic case of finding a game too easy and start pissing around and getting cocky. So unprofessional and they need to sort their mindset out.
Trouble is Clummo we have 2 VERY Substandard Players in the team Holding & Clive who Truly are a Liability in every situation and then there's Tierney who not having played a full game since Wolfsburg is not up to his usual efficient standards.

Arteta needs to give them the bollocking of there lives, he needs to either shake Partey back to reality of hook him and play Jorginho OR sub clive for Jorginh or Trossard.
Holding is nowhere near as bad as people paint him but still no better than a backup. KT, as I've said before, does NOT have the skill set to play that inverted role. He is a traditional fullback. We are missing Zinny's quality in midfield. It's a trade off on who plays.
