As both I and Mc have said above, the idea of Partey and Jorginho in midfield against this lot is doomed to disaster.
Here’s an idea….we haven’t seen much of him, but I’d be tempted to put Calafiori in the middle of the park. He’s strong and looks quick, gets stuck in and doesn’t look bad on the ball.
I don’t usually like the idea of promoting defenders to midfield (I didn’t like it when Keown was used that way), because you usually sacrifice mobility and creativity, but we get neither of those things from Partey (total liability) or Jorginho. Also, we’ll need some power and dynamism to deal with Bissouma and Sarr and they’ll run roughshod over Jorginho. Timber, if fit, is an alternative, but I think Calafiori has the size and power to do a holding job, which is what we’ll need.
Ain’t gonna happen of course, but just throwing it out there to see what you fellas think.

Personally without Rice I think we need to play 3 at the back with the wing backs giving us the attacking prowess and a solid 3 centre mid.
