Raheem Sterling has no plans to cut short his loan at Arsenal and seek more regular football elsewhere in the January transfer window, despite his lack of action under Mikel Arteta.
Well, that's a fucking shame.
Can rember many posters on here going with the line....hes got everything to prove....hes coming here to prove himself...its a great signing :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Does anyone trust arteta to make the quality goal scoring forward signing we so desperately need?

like the look of Gyökeres he gave Saliba a tough enough time, strong running direct forward...not sure about valhovic

Dunno mate, I guess we are all assuming that Silent Stan & Jnr will splash the cash if he asks them; unless there is something we aren't privy to in terms of finances and of course FFP rules(?)

Put it this way surely he has been made aware through various channels that the majority of fans (not the modern fan boys © DB) have been calling for him / us to sign a proper striker ... so if he can and doesn't then as some have voiced on here, he is well and truly on his way to becoming another Wenker and if that is the case he can indeed fuck right-off.

As to Gyökeres , regrettably he is only going to one prem club and that is Manure, Amorim had a very good manager/player relationship with him at Sporting, also very strong rumours; whether true or not  That Amorim accepted the manure job on the proviso that they move heaven & earth to get 4 players that he named; and Gyökeres must surely be one of those players. We should have gone in for Gyökeres in the Summer, £85Million was the asking price then, god knows how much it will be now.

We desperately NEED a proper striker just to make Top 4 never mind the title, so I guess we can judge him when the window closes in January rather than wait till May.

I think you might be mis-remembering / mis-quoting people mate. (And I am Not defending the fatcunt) What Sterling did Say in an interview is that " He has got everything to prove and is ready for the challenge" .... And all he has done when he's come on is look like a spare Donkey's Dongler at a wedding...

Some (not on here) have said he needs more minutes, but surely if IF he really wants to prove himself etc, then whenever he does get any minutes he would be punching his cun.t out rather than dawdling about like he's carrying a handbag on both wrists...and blowing a gasket ...

What really pisses me off is that he is on about £250k a fucking week and those wages (along with wankchenko's & jayzoos wages) could have paid for Gyökeres and then some.

But, Yes I take your point and agree Sterling Girling has been a HUGE failure. :banghead: And THAT is down to Arteta.

Fuck me, if Jesus is the yardstick you might as well sign me!
If you tell him that you can play in goal, Arteta will have you in by lunchtime.

I can, I can (I can't tbh, but that hasn't stood in the way of anyone else for the best part of 20 years!). I can also play left back. Where's the contract?

You're right. But then again, I'm known for endorsing very little around these parts. :barscarf:

All looks good. I'm sure Arteta just needs to make sure you're not getting a game at the chavs or cheaty and he'll be faxing over a ten year contract any moment now.

I first read that as "I'd rather see Sterling get run over", and thought fair enough   :D

But Trossard might as well be starting every week. He might drift in and out of games, but is more likely to score or create something than Martinelli or the fat little mincer
Exactly. Girling has nothing to offer but the slow waddle of a tubby transvestite in high heels shambling around a pub carpark desperately looking for their knickers on a Saturday night.
Did you keep them as a souvenir?!
Yep! :barscarf:

Sorry, I should have left them where you dropped them.

Ouch!! Poor old Mantis.

I defended it thought he couldn't be worse than Eddie etc and better than nowt. But he's been shit. Not Eddie shit, but he's legs have gone it seems which assume is why chavs binned him.

Not sure on all the gykores creaming I and many were not convinced given his modest Coventry record, and Portugal is a farmers league. 85m is a huge risk must be better options. He could be good but his previous record before sporting was gash. Dont rate vlaohovic either

🚨 EXCL: Kieran Tierney to leave Arsenal in summer at latest after club decided against using option to extend contract. #AFC deal ends June & date to add 1y gone. 27yo can pre-agree with non-English clubs (or possibly go permanently) in Jan @TheAthleticFC

Not surprised. Physically he just can’t cope with the rigours of the PL and medically the club has probably seen enough. Back to Scottish football I guess

Fucks sake. They really do pander to the modern football fan that thinks one good performance or a couple of isolated goals makes a player a legend.
