As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
The fact that manc tramp cûnt Chapman mentions the Premier League "spinning" things tells you all you need to know. All broadcasters know there's cheating or corruption or something going on and are letting more and more details slip out because it's common knowledge in their discussions and they forget that not everyone knows. My question then, is why aren't they calling out these cúnts properly and demanding that they are investigated for the integrity of the game? That decision today was fucking disgusting and if not one single fucking person can say anything to support it, you know something else is at play. That cûnt Oliver is on the take, I'm fucking sure of it. He is controlled by betting syndicates. They have something on him and a few others and he's fixing matches for them with the help of the VAR refs. There is a group of refs inside the Premier League who are involved in match fixing and they are being paired up as refs and VARs to ensure certain outcomes. I don't care if anyone has a legal issue with that, it's my opinion and I firmly believe it to be true.
It does make you wonder why he had his card out in a millisecond,it was like the thought “this is my chance” and once he’d made the decision he knew they are not overturning it because they are all a bunch of cheating wankers,if he’d have pulled the yellow they wouldn’t have questioned it but to issue a red that quickly…fuck me,something don’t add up,
does anyone know what odds were on MLS to be sent off were?
Just watched the replay. I've been watching the game for many years, as one or two of you might have gathered by now, & have never seen a fucked up sending off decision like this one before !!. Thank god it never cost us the win we deserved. We were 'just' better than them on the day. I did like Party's game & still don't know why he's slagged of by many on this forum. ?. Havertz is fuckin' useless. I don't think Cunha did mutch to convince Arsenal to continue to go for him. Maybe he just wasn't trying too hard !!.
I've never been one for the conspiracy theories but this ref in particular is a problem. I'd have to look into what he's done reffing other teams to see if it's exclusively about us. Sending off Martinelli up there a couple of years back was very odd, and today's just farcical. Not sending Kovacic off was awful too.
What i would say is that many football fans think the ref is against them as they always see things through the eyes of their team. Augie - you call Havertz a diving c.unt and I have no issue with that, but he got a penalty for it against the Mancs in the cup and nobody here batted an eyelid. If one of theirs took a similar tumble against us we'd be livid. Mickeys fans still talking about Odegaard blatantly handling it in the box up there and not getting a penalty. Before the MLS sending off today the Wolves fans were singing "Premier League, corrupt as fuck" and "you're not fit to referee" and have been on the wrong end of some horrendous decisions the past 2 seasons
What I would undoubtedly say though is that we are getting some stuff go against us this season that I haven't seen elsewhere. Rice sent off v Brighton, the Joao Pedro penalty down there, today and Trossard at City. Oliver has definitely been a problem for us too - can't deny that
Over a 55 game sample Oliver has awarded the most yellows, reds and penalties against us than he has any other team in the league.
8 red cards for us and zero for city - after moonlighting in the UAE on a junket for the clubs owners. The guy is completely compromised and the system is broken. VAR needs to be 100% independent from the referee pool.
An independent official today would immediately be on comms saying Michael please go to the screen as we believe an error has been made. Instead all he’ll have heard is yes mate, no mate, 3 bags full mate in his ear by one of his pals.
You’ll get no improvement under Webb, no accountability. It needs to be burned down, dismantled and fixed as would happen in any multi billion pound industry that had such an underperforming, dysfunctional department that’s shows clear bias (and signs of corruption) in its dealings.
Oliver is definitely becoming a problem, that is definitely true and I said that. Having said that, statistically someone has to be the team he has given the most cards too and penalties against - if we looked at all the other refs, I wonder what that looks like? Clearly if it was us in the majority of instances, then maybe we're on to something but I bet it isn't. I'm glad you highlighted VAR's "decision confirmed, nothing to see here" approach, because it just goes to emphasise my point that English football never wanted it, and have been hellbent on destroying it. You'll go the whole season in the CL without seeing barely an incident worthy of the name

Havertz's dive against the red manc's was called by me and others at the time Steve O - justice was done cos captain invisible missed the resulting penalty anyway, but had he of scored it I expect the shit storm would be still flowing
Let me also add that before the sending off yesterday I thought lewis-skelly was absolutely shocking - when wolves nearly scored in first few mins watch him jogging (not sprinting) back when they were attacking down his wing, and that was not the only time he did it either. He escaped a nailed on yellow a few mins before he was sent off for an obvious attempt at stopping them taking a quick free quick, and the only reason he wasnt booked is cos one of theirs was down with a head injury and oliver wasnt going to allow the game resume anyway. To me that was indicitive of his lazy arsed attitude yesterday and while he was far from the only one, it is worrying if our younger players are already getting "infected" with the lazy arrogance we frequently see from the likes of partey
I also meant to say last night that trossard's lack of backbone is seriously beginning to piss me off - from collapsing everytime he is touched, to the time his fear and lack of gutless led to lewis-skelly's red card, and I am damn close to breaking point with him. At times I think he looks and plays like a little girl
Was listening to this on 5 live driving a car back from Bristol for my girlfriend, like everyone else says these guys were apoplectic about the decision but I was not surprised because this happens all too often and I actually expect it every game.
No other team gets these bizarre decisions all season and every season, these pgmol cunnts most hate us, have we eaten their fucking hamster or something
BTW Nevin did say that if that was a sending off then a man city player would get ten a season.

I don't think it is a matter of 'Becoming' SteveO I think he IS already a Problem, he has already cost us very valuable points..both last and now this Season.
Whoever are his 'Handlers' will now move heaven and hell to try and avoid any further fall-out from yesterday. No doubt Webb (who has the same Handlers / Bosses... whether it be a Cartel or OCG's from Overseas) Will do his usual bollocks via the selected Media outlets...Those in charge will not risk losing their Control of the game via PGMOl, even if Webb is made to tend his resignation and take a few of the refs with him ... but Until a Serious No Holds Barred Investigation is done... The one's who call the shots will keep their hands firmly on the reigns and on their weekly Massive Profits, the Prem is the most watched sporting contest in Europe; maybe even the world and the amount of money they make from betting each week must run into the Millions.
Yes stunned TBH....MLS was a tap on lower leg to stop the break...seen in nearly every game...some are just a free kick..some get yellow but RED FFS its outrageous
There one in comparison was fucking nasty an ankle breaker...malicous with intent...should be straight red
Corruption goes on week after week unabated.....and unaccountable
Caliafori certainly adds to attacking options....he could turn out to be a very good buy

All the talk of an independent football regulator and what has happened - Nada. Why?
If you had an actual regulator with real power over the professional game - PL, EFL, FA and PGMOL, there would be nowhere to hide.
All the shit with Cheaty wouldn't happen. As a regulator, if a club broke statutory compliance, they would be breaking the law and directors could end up doing time.
If there was any indication of bribery and corruption going on they could launch independent investigation and reviews. Bribery and corruption is illegal regardless of whether there is a regulator, covered under the Bribery Act. But it appears no one wants to act on it Couldn't be that the government doesn't want to upset their buddies in the middle east
As was mentioned a few posts back, Coote could have blown this thing wide open but a payoff and an NDA must have taken care of that. It will be interesting to see if there are any extraordinary payments in their accounts next year
Anyone who thinks this is getting rescinded is off their fucking rocker, they’re already circling the wagons. Redknapp on sky -
"I've spoke to a couple of experts and former referees who have said that it was a bad tackle. They thought it was a red card and the player could have rolled his ankle and been out for a few weeks. They felt he was endangering an opponent, not just stopping the counter-attack.

They’re gaslighting again folks
With the greatest respect to the water boy, but expecting them to turn over the red card without appealing was a total non runner - best we could hope for is for the club to appeal and them to rescind the red card cos of the sheer weight of criticism they have received from non Arsenal pundits and journo's and former referee's, but even that is maybe a long shot. Again I will say that if they refuse to rescind it then we should bring them to court and cite their own handling of the manure rat's case already this season
What a win that was in the end I listened to the 2nd half on 5 live as i was driving and they were getting stuck into Oliver. That ***** should never be allowed near any of our games again..Pat Nevin I heard say 4 or 5 times for Havertz to get up and get on with it as all he was doing was inviting Wolves pressure with his antics. He really is shite is our Kai Anyhoo what a fucking win and against the odds 1-0 to The Arsenal just like the old days From tiny acorns
hey falky, I listened to the first half on 5 live as I was driving too.
They were reporting from some other matches and went back to our game announcing that MLS has been sent off. they then proceeded to say how it was never a Red, and they'd never seen a red like that before. Fair play to them for backing our lot for a change.

I fully expect it to be overturned because as Arteta said they set a precedent with the Bruno Fernandes appeal. In fact the FA should do the honourable thing and cancel it without the need for appeal.
Webb, the PGMOL etc remind me of a (small) dictatorship (*)
They 'Know' what the Truth is
We "Know" what the Truth is
The World and HIs Dog "Know" what they Truth is
But They have a Clear Agenda and REFUSE to be Seen doing anything Wrong and so they employ all those within their Circle & Corrupt Network to Go Along with their Evil Charade.
Just wondering how long it will be Before some Crazed Football Fan decides to End Them and their Corrupt Enclave.
