Can understand the team today, there are several teams right behind us and resting players does take sharpness away. You can't wrap players in cotton wool for several games and expect them to perform like we did against Madrid.

Tired muscles get injured easier and that is a fact - after the amount of defensive work the players done in madrid, today was the day to rest them and then give them a run out Wednesday night against a palace team focused on their cup semi final next week.
