My opinion, you can have THE best left winger in world football, but if you are depending on captain invisible to supply him then it wont matter a shit - I accept martinelli's shortcomings, but it seems that people want to ignore the damning stat of how much of our attacks go down the right cos that is where the coward spends his time hiding, so until that changes we are always gonna to be limited in attack anyway. Stats nowadays are so easily available and every opposition team knows that closing down our right wing practically nullifies us and until we get some more balance to our attacks, then no success will be coming our way

Unbelievable, isn't it. shouldn't be in the starting 11, never mind captain.IW8Goalmachine wrote: ↑Tue Aug 12, 2025 1:03 pmIt's ridiculous he is still the captainaugie wrote: ↑Tue Aug 12, 2025 12:13 pmmcdowell42 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 12, 2025 11:38 amIf we really wanted Eze we'd have him by now ,hes not a LW,Odegaard is never going to be dropped ,Ethan has just signed a new contract ,and young Dowman if he progresses like he has done so far ,the sky's the limit.Id love Eze at Arsenal but a priority is a top class out and out left winger(in saying that I've no idea of what top class left winger)

Our lack of penetration (oo-er matron) and slow tedious tippy tappy wengerball style of play starts with him.
Now maybe that's his fault or it's Arteta to blame, but either way a top manager would see that problem and address it by dropping Ohdeargod, not make fucking cooking videos with him for yootoob.

Yeah, amazed that Pep did that. Grealish was nowhere near their level and if ever there was a case of a biggish, overrated fish in a small pond, then it was Grealish at Villa.

Oh, didn't you enjoy that video?? Personally, I loved it and have written in to pravda.com asking for the tortilla de patatas recipe. Who needs goalscoring strikers and creative midfielders when you can have Spanish cooking tips?!

Regardless of what level the diving brummie c.unt is at, what was clear and obvious before he ever joined them was that his style of play does not suit pep's style of play - grealish is an old school player that likes to dribble past opponents, whilst pep wants his team to play pass and move intricate football, so how they were ever gonna gel was beyond me

Two things -
1. the victim c.unts only spent £12m TOTAL (not net spend) last season, so as long as last season is in the 3 year cycle they use to assess accounts, then they should be fine - in two seasons time that season will no longer be in the accounts and then they will be in a bind
2. If they buy guehi then it more or less guarantee's that eze wont be leaving this summer, and then we will be fcuked cos they buying we did is not turning last seasons team into winners
Re: ALL Transfer talk - merged thread
Because I'm a lazy bum who can't be arsed to check, does anyone know if the 3 year period is a set period say 2022 to 2024, 2025 - 2027, or is it a rolling period so that one year drops off and the last season is added?augie wrote: ↑Tue Aug 12, 2025 7:10 pmrodders999 wrote: ↑Tue Aug 12, 2025 6:07 pmGuehi now for the victims with Isak on the way. Am assuming that it is rolling system where one year drops out and new one added
