Tom, as a one-off, claiming to be drunk may, at a push, have some mitigation, even be funny, but you state you make up songs EVERY time you see him.
Despite how miserable he comes across, this smacks of a form of bullying, hoping to get a response. Well your cousin got it this time and I doubt he or you will be very welcome next time.
If you're gonna take the piss out of someone be prepared to back it up, if not, jog on.

it may well smack of a form of bullying, but then again chanting abusive songs about opposing players is also a similar form of bullying - oh and it wasnt my cousin who got hit, it was his mate.....
