alan davies

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

It's not my forgiveness you should be seeking, it is that of Alan Davies. Perhaps you should send him a years supply of Hellmans so that each time he makes an egg mayonaise with cress sandwich, crusts removed, he will think of the humble apology which you should post on this site for him to read. 8)
i thought i did apologise - anyway altho i was very much part of the group i didnt do the 'squirting' so to speak, and i think it sounds alot worse than it was when u write about it in forums - i think the moral of the story is to not post when im intoxicated, and also to not egg on my colleagues into doing stupid things.

I can't believe that even when you have fried to apologise you still cannot resist cracking a yoke, I don't think you were intoxicated, I think your brains are permanently scrambled.

just don't post bollocks like that and it'll be a start. the fact that it happened is one thing but to actually post after the sad event is another.

now go and sit on the naughty chair

Everyone on this forum has done stupid things when they were young, pissed or both. There was no real harm done even though it was a stupid thing to do. That should be the end of it now Tom as far as im concerned

I sat with Alan at shyt heart lane a couple of years ago after my mate got him a ticket. The bloke is a true gooner and was a sound bloke as far as I'm concerned. So having a go at a Gooner just cos he's on TV is low. Grow up :banghead:

Always thought AD was a bit of a smug arsehole TBH but that is no reason to have a go in public. After all he is a Gooner and not a JCL "celeb" Gooner either. Poor form Tom, but we've all done stupid stuff when pissed up, so I reckon we should just let it go... Maybe next time you see him you should go up and apologise and buy him a drink... 8)

Used to drink in my local in Sussex.

Jumped up Bertie Big Bollocks who used to sneer at the regulars like they were inferior scum.

Can't condone what happened with Tom and his cousins but if it had to happen to a "celeb" then he would be right up there on my list|!

yeh hte more i think about it the more im embarrassed by being involved in the whole incident - its one thing having a laugh about it, another actually getting up and squirting mayo in his hair for no reason - the guy deserved a smack to be honest
