Todays atmosphere

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Was at the game, and I thought we sounded loud. Obviously being amongts our fans of course we will sound loud, but ive been to other away games where weve been heard well on TV, but sung less than today. What you hear on TV doesnt always truely reflects the real atmosphere. From what I heard we sung pretty consistantly throughout the match, which is more than can be said for the vast majority of Cardiff fans.

On the Spurs chants, yea there were a lot, but that doesnt really bother me too much.

At the end of the day, 0-0 was going to make it difficlut to keep going at teh same level all game.

but the cardiff fans, bar 10 minutes before the game were shit.

maybe if we had a few more decent players we could come up with more songs then the usual eboue kaka shite.
think about it lethal, you were sitting in the arsenal end, of course we r gunna sound loud but overall we were not that loud. I dream for the day that our away fans and the redaction area can match the kop, noise wise.
sorry to break it to you jim, but the kop ain't that loud. it's only champions league games and huge games which get on tv. obviously you were not in the arsenal end, or the stadium by that matter. i just watched the highlights, and i think the lack of microphones around our end made us sound shit and as i was there i know we sung just as much as the cardiff supporters if not more on occasions. so before you say we weren't loud, come to a game for a change, then you'll realise. rant over

The Kop how can you say the Kop they were silent today and that was a scouse derby the Everton fans were even singing where's your famous atmosphere. Our away support is very good you must not go to many away games.
I think our away support is good, I just dont think its the best in the league.

unfortunatly no, i know that means I may not have the most valid opinion but from what I heard, it was mostly cardiff, especially in the first half. I could hear a few spurs songs
