Villarreal away

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Man I'm getting that nervous feeling you only get when we're playing away! Least it isn't second leg.

If we can win by 2 goals tonight it'll do the job. They're a very contained team who doesn't score many but they do squeak out results. They lost 3 nil at the weekend iirc so hopefully there defence is a leaky one.

Agree with the taking of chances, we have to learn from the Rome game that you HAVE to take them in Europe. Top sides will get a chance, we've got to make sure that we cut things like eboue's miss out of our game. I fear Ade might have one of those games where he's useless, wait thats every game? only kidding... I just hope he doesn't do his cutmoary miss 5 chances trick he so loves. Would be more confident with someone else upfront tbh

anyway prediction....0-2 Nasri,Bendtner from the bench

Officially crapping myself and have worked my way through the best part of a bottle of Rioja (Spanish crap   ) already, but have a good feeling about this. Good team out there who can do it. As said above I'd be very happy with a score draw. :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:
