Onlinegooner flag?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I like that, xDaveyx.

Although, I'd rather the emphasis was on the unbeaten - invincible - season rather then the 49 games.

So, instead of the 49 results, I'd rather the 38 results, instead. (W26 D12 L0)

After all, going 49 games unbeaten is great, BUT could be bettered.... whereas, going the SEASON unbeaten is awesome and can only ever be equalled - so it will forever remain a record in it's own right! 8)

I defeinitely prefer the idea of one which is "only" 2/3m high as this can be easily draped over a tier and then remains on show throughout the game. If it's any wider than that, it generally gets in the way of the people sitting downstairs and that's when stewards tend to intervene.

Given that it will be seen at Ashburton Grove more than anywhere else, I don't see the need to mention the trophies we've won because that information is already in place all the way round the upper tier (let's hope there's a couple of new details to add before the start of next season).

Therefore we're looking at a few words and a bad or two perhaps. I'd like to try and make it different from the ones from Highbury which celebrated our title triumphs at WHL (x2), Anfield and Old Trafford in case they ever resurface. Therefore, the popular suggestions so far which would work are 'KINGS OF LONDON SINCE 1886' and 'WE ARE GOONERS' - both of which could have the 30s crest and a cannon at opposite ends of the wording.

Any other suggestions?

What about the word GOONER spelt

GImageImageNER

(excuse the dodgy artwork - obviously the letters should all be the same size)
