Bloody online ticket office

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Bloody online ticket office

Post by Chippy »

I have spent the last 40 mins trying to buy tickets for the semi. I failed once. Got to the end of the process next time and it told me it was taking my money but then stuck for 15 mins before dying. I am now back in and it won't allow me to buy any cos it says I already have tickets. Have had no e mail confirmation or nothing. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

if it says you have the tickets you do have the tickets (at least from my experience).

The same thing happened to me once. It may take a day or so until you get a confirmation mail/until the tickets show up in your account.

It's really annoying because you can't be sure until it's confirmed.

this has happened to me today for the semi final. The sale has most likely gone through behind the scenes just he front end times out and gives you errors.

check your mail or log back in and check your boooking history, it should be on there.

Yeah Bren can you take the caps off as it is considered as forum etiquette as 'Shouting'.
I don't find it offensive but it is starting to be a little annoying. Sorry!

I suppose if your only doing it to keep up your online 'bouncer style' persona that I suggest you type in lower case but in bold text as a possible sugguestion!?!

I fucking quit the box office when it was just saying processing payment etc cos it took so long. Back in the queue now. This is a fucking disgrace. Why not say you have to have gone to 3 home games this season or something in order to get a ticket.

Doesnt make sense.

At 10.15 i tried every single section in the ground to get two tickets together, no joy. Fucking wrong. Been to every home game, bar two, this season.

same here. its a disgrace.

If I go to about 40 games or whatever this season and not get a ticket for this it will be outrageous

Finally got back in and looked at my booking history and it says I have tickets. :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

Still not got e mail confirmation though. :banghead:

An hour and a quarter of total frustration and I'm still not 100% I've got the tickets.

Agree with Young W they could have put some prioritisation in to manage the queue.
