Those Gooners going to United Away this Saturday...

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

i'll be there, no matter what the result i wanna see the boys put in a really good effort and be proud to wear the shirt.
But what i really hope is, even if we lose ALL the players come over to us travelling fans that have made the effort all season spending our time and money and show there appreciation for us, cos there has been too many occasions when we've lost and players have just headed straight for the tunnel. just be nice to have our tremendous support acknowledged.

i'm also going to this one, coz i love following /watching Arsenal and traveling to see them, and the Mancs and everyone are expecting them to walk over us, just maybe we might rise above the challenge and get something, if we draw/lose. its going to be a horrible weird expieince coming out of OT, but we are gooners through and through and need to hold our heads up, and as Antgel. i wud give them a little applaud, because they beat us fair on square in the CL. but tbh, i think i'll leave just before the final whistle. because i have heard, they will represent the trophy to them,

I wouldn't bet on it mate. It's disgraceful the lack of appreciation and respect the players have shown our brilliant travelling support this season.

Yes, generally they fuck off down the tunnel and that's it. But I don't care too much - it just shows how much a good half of them give a shit about Arsenal - about as much as I give a shit about them.

100% respect to all the gooners going up there for this one, there's no way I would stay to clap if they get the result to win the title. I will never forgive them for the way they cheated us out of 50 games unbeaten.

People can say what they like about our support but every game is sell out, home or away which is a credit to everyone who attends the games.

I'm really looking forward to it. The chance to outsing supporters who are about to pick up their 3rd trophy of the season!

I'll stay to the bitter end and watch the presentation. Great respect to the Mancs who did the same thing when it was the other way round in 1991.

And I don't think gooners who are going to this deserve too much credit. There are 100,000's of fans of other teams who have been travelling all round the country for weeks/months with nothing to play for. Look at Sp*ds for one!

For us, it'll be nice to see a game when, for a change, there is no pressure and maybe that'll do the trick and we'll spring a surprise!

Yes, for me it's the last away game, few beers on the train with the boys etc............still want to see the boys busting a gut to spoil the party as it will give us the chance to walk out of Old Trafford with a smile! :barscarf:

That's firstly because I uphold Arsenal values as class in sport (fuck the who are ya brigade, whatever happened to the clever, funny chant), and secondly because I'm relieved that the Chavs didn't buy another title, which would have been a right pain in the arse.

Of course, I look forward to the day when we'll challenge them to the wire again. :barscarf:

All of a sudden giving stick to the oppo is classless is it now, well there goes football's banter then.

I will be there following The Arsenal as I have done for the last 49 years. I'll shout them on and I'll be there at the end, whether we're winning 5-0 or losing 5-0. If United get the point they need, I'll stay behind and applaud them too - same as I did when Hull and Villa beat us and, more recently, when United played us off the park. Sometimes, you just have to accept that you were beaten by a better side on the day. It's called respect - something in short supply these days.

If all that fans want from football is the right result every time, I can understand why there are so many miserable gits about.

Up The Arse.
