LIKE THE AUTHOR, I AM MORE THAN WILLING TO HAVE A LARGE SLICE OF THAT PIE. BUT AT THE MOMENT - SWEET AND DELICIOUS AS IT MAY SMELL - IT HAS ONLY BEEN COOKING FOR A FEW MINUTES!
LET'S NOT BE TOO GREEDY BY TRYING TO TAKE A BITE OUT OF IT NOW, AND JUST WAIT AND SEE WHAT IT TASTES LIKE AT THE END OF IT'S RECOMMENDED BAKING TIME.
WE ALL KNOW WHAT CAN HAPPEN TO PIES DURING THE BAKING PROCESS!!
