As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
I have a problem with completing my Ticket Purchase, so maybe you can help me. I already submitted queries at the online supporters center several times but didn't get an answer. The problem is as follows:
I want to complete my Ticket Purchase by pressing the "Complete Purchase" button at the checkout. Then the following message appears:
"There were problem(s) with your submission:
* Please double check you have filled your card details in correctly, including selecting the right kind of card and ensuring you have entered the issue number (if applicable)."
My data is correct and my credit card works and can't be the reason for this.
Maybe someone already had this problem and got it fixed. I'd really appreciate some help.
Nik89 what type of card have you, I'm assuming it's a debit card, if it's a visa electron card I also have problems, I get around it by choosing the credit card option instead, you don't get charge like it's a credit card, but this for me works.
Give that a try mate and the best of british to ya...
Doh, just re-read your last bit and read that you're using a credit card, Hmmmm..
Just pm me all the card details and the 3 digit CV2 number on the back. Oh and I'll need the password to your on-line and telephone banking if you use them.

I had the same problem. I even got a mate to check I had entered all the details correctly.
I ended up paying by debit card.
Hopefully just a short term blip..
I thought of contacting Arsenal but I figured I would just get a response of "This electronic booking system is young but it is improving. We do not need to add to the system - we have total belief in the system and do not want to invest in a better system because we will harm the current systems progress"
