Just to confirm that play.com HAVE removed it from sale.
I got this e-mail from them:Dear Mr Baker
Thank you for your email.
Thank you for writing to Play.com with your concerns about one of the MP3 products in our catalogue.
With an MP3 catalogue of over 5 million products, it is impossible for us to monitor every product which is listed. The MP3 in question was automatically uploaded over the Bank Holiday weekend. Once we receive a complaint like this, we take the issue very seriously and action a response as quickly as possible.
As this issue was raised over the Bank Holiday weekend, we were only able to action a response on Tuesday morning, when staff returned.
The product in question has now been removed from sale.
We value all customer comments, and I thank you again for taking the time to send us your feedback on this occasion.
Kind Regards,
Customer Care Team
Play
Suggest the thread title should be changed.
I WILL be doing future business with play.com.
Amazon (and any other company still selling it) can fuck off.

Well done, Chippy.Chippy wrote:I e mailed the Grauniad. As some of you may have realised I read it a lot. Just had this reply.
Vive la revolution.Hi John,
It's being covered by Marina Hyde in tomorrow's sport section and obviously is a worrying issue we're aware of and have been following.
Cheers
James

I'll be buying the Guardian tomorrow.

Got this through from Kick it Out, a bit fudgey but at least they seem to be aware of it! Keep it up lads & lasses
Hello XXXXXXX
Many thanks for your recent email and for bringing this incident to our attention.
Although Kick It Out does not condone any form of abuse or anti-social behaviour in our football stadiums, and this chanting is extremely offensive, we have no authority over incidents of this nature.
I would recommend that you raise your complaint with the club directly involved, and would suggest you contact the customer service department at Manchester United on this occasion.
We appreciate your complaint and would welcome any observations on incidents of discrimination relating to equality.
Once again, we thank you for your correspondence.
Kind regards

Well done everyone for bringing this disgrace to the attention of everyone. I've been following the thread as closely as possible over the last 24 hours as the story has snowballed.
Actually had an interesting email exchange with a former colleague of mine today who has had commercial dealings with Amazon and their opinion was that Amazon will f**k anyone over to make a buck and couldn't give sh*t about the consequences.
Let's hope The Guardian's piece tomorrow provokes further coverage elsewhere.
Incidentally, in relation to the comment about the Amazon advertising we had previously, you'll notice that this has been removed. I had emailed Rob last night asking him to do this and he was able to get it done this evening. Wouldn't want to be associated with them all the while they are stocking such vile products.
