Nik, have you tried using a different card format, I did post earlier because I thought you were using a debit card...??? You can sometimes trick the automated system that way...

Where are you purchasing the tickets from? Is it Arsenal?

I just own a Credit Card by VISA, so I'm not able to try a different card...kinda frustrating, that it just doesn't work at this ticketshop, I don't have this problem somewhere else...

Nik, give them a call mate, it'll probably take half hour up of your life that you'll never get back, but hopefully, you'll get the problem resolved.

I'll have a try again today, last friday I didn't get through -> too busy, the problem is that I just have my friday at moment

i had the problem aswell, tried 2 cards and it said my expiry date was not valid.

called them up and had it booked in 5 mins.

me 2 by now, i finally got through the busy line und booked my tickets for Blackburn and Liege. To fix the problem they had no idea, few persons have the problem he said...
