As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
The very least any shareholder should expect is a chance to ask any goddamn question he likes(within reason of course) and get an honest answer from that question. If the shareholder in question is then satisfied with the response he receives and then decides to support the current board then I have no problem with that but to support a board that tell you fuck all and expect unwavering support in exchange ? I dont think so
Augie raises a very good point! Where else would a very small share holder get such a large say in things! If it was your business (and if you are a shareholder it is your business) you would never stand for it!
No, this does happen elsewhere, at least it did in a company I had the misfortune of inheriting shares in (and then they went bankrupt), questions were either deflected or not allowed to be asked.
