He was almost on his line, that was impossible to save.
Ridiculous to complain about that, but I expected no less.

OPEN YOUR EYES, flappy's back was arced which would only happen if he is yards off his line and trying to reach for a looping ball.hadareud wrote:you are having a laugh.GunnerDude wrote:Bentley vs Almunia now Insua vs Flappy, what do the keepers have in common POSITIONING SHIT

If flappy stands on his line and jumps will he not touch the cross bar?

There was a replay just now where you saw exactly when he was standing at the moment of the shot. He was about 2 yards of his line, the positioning was absolutely fine.
Absolutely bloody fine.
This shot was impossible to save, that's all there is to it.

and if he was 10 foot 5 he could have chested it down.GunnerDude wrote:
dont know what you saw but he was 4yards off his line and you still dint answer my question, if flappy was closer to his line would he not be able to touch the cross-bar if he jumped?
His positioning was absolutely fine, as I said. He was where he is supposed to be. The ball dipped, he couldn't have saved it.
Cech wouldn't have saved it, Van der Sar wouldn't have saved it, Buffon wouldn't have saved it.
I might have.
