Almunia and Denilson are completely worthless.
We have a problem at right and left back as well.
When was the last time we scored after a good cross by Clichy or Sagna? And their defending is on the decline for quite some time.

We had our chances, and didn't take them. They had their chances, and they converted, as simple as that.

We keep giving away goals on the counter. Why can't we leave 2 players at the back at all times, like 99% of the teams in the world do? I don't know.

Arshavin was at his usual "I can't care less". Fabregas had an awful match as well, but it happens. Denilson wouldn't get in Hull's first team, why does he starts for Arsenal. Why not start with Ramsey?

Rosicky was our best player attacking wise. Walcott and Bendtner weren't instrumental, to say the lease.

Clichy was awful. Almunia is Arsenal's worst goalkeeper of all times.

Other than that. I thought Vermaelan and Gallas had an ok match, they couldn't do anything about any of the goals we conceded.

You seriously need a new telly mate - arshavin worked his nuts off and was our only attacking threat and while not everything worked for him today you cannot say that he didnt care
Rosicky, a player I like, was very poor today

I think that proved what a lot of us already believed to be the case. We're not good enough! We're not a bad team but we're definitely not good enough for the final push. As soon as we come up against quality opposition, we fail. It happened against Manure, Chelsea and now Manure again.
I think we'll still get a top four spot but we definitely will not win a trophy this season.

Oh well.......at least the loan is getting paid off nice and quickly, never mind the team. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

I accept he did try a bit harder this time around, but when you see Shrek running up and down the pitch, chasing everything, it makes Arshavin look like he's not even trying.

As for Rosicky. I thought he was better than Nasri and Cesc for sure today.

Only positive would be if we now never see Denilson in an Arsenal jersey ever again. But we fucking will. :banghead:

Almunia is just piss too.

No one really covered themselves in anything like glory but Denilson and Almunia were just shocking. Again.

Yet again we look like fucking away a decent shot at the title because Wenger won't admit certain players are not good enough and go out and buy (or loan in) some better quality.

We had chances but weren't clinical.

Ferguson killed off Cesc by switching Carrick onto him and moving Scholes away. Wenger just watched it happen. Manure then played their game, we tried to react from that point on and got outclassed.

I'm afraid Song was made to look the average midfielder he is today. Accepted he may have been tired but he really is (IMHO) only good against the lesser teams. He gets caught out by the likes of Chavs and manure.

Rosicky was poor.

Cesc tried hard but he was never in it today. Poor performance.

Nasri and AA23 were inefective.

Gallas and Tommy V actually played ok but got no protection from the midfield at all.

Clichy and Sagna still cannot cross a ball. How fucking dificult is it??!! My 4 year old can do it FFS!! :banghead:

Very very frustrated by today. :(

Honestly, where is the fucking progress? Thrashed by Chavsea and Manure last season; thrashed by them this season. Wenger is at best guilty of woefully misreading his team's ability and at worst, guilty of poorly training and badly preparing the team and probably worst of all, failing to react when things are not going well.

With no new signings, no visible improvement, no real awareness of his team's weaknesses and no sign of closing the gap on Chavsea and Manure to seriosuly ask questions about his abiltiy to competentlty manage Arsenal fotball club.

Just watched Arsene's post-match interview. :banghead: :banghead:

They might as well play a f**king tape recording because he makes the same old limp excuses every time we get beaten like this.

He is one stubborn, deluded, complacent old man.

 Gaaah! Fook! :banghead:

Well at least the development of our exciting our young players is progressing as expected  Also more evidence that we dont need to buy any more players, as this lot of useless fucking cnts clearly have the fucking desire, the bunch of over paid fucktards!

Its quite simple, competition equals desire, lack of competition+over inflated wages equals flacid lacklustre abominations of an excuse for a performance

On the up side, theres a few days before the chavski game; lets club together to buy one way tickets for Al and Denilson. I hear Baghdad is lovely this time of year

Can I just ask what people thought Almunia did wrong today?

Specifically in respect of the three goals conceded.

I'm not a fan of his and he made a couple of dodgy clearances but if people are attacking him over the goals I think it is a bit unfair. On the first one he had to go for it. If he hadn't then Park would have had a dead cert tap in anyway. It seems to me he was damned if you do and damned ifyou don't on that one. The other two were good goals and he never stood a chance with either.

I totally accept that he is not good enough to be our regular No.1 however, I think it is a bit unfair to attack him today for us losing.

Especially when there are so many others out there that deserve it more!

Agreed to a certain extent. I think the frustration with Almunia is overall, not just today. He was appallingly badly placed and weak for the first goal though. But as you say he can't be totally blamed for the other two - not many keepers would have stopped them.
