PRAGUE - CHUNKYS 3 DAY TOUR !!

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

You have a funny way of showing you don't care. You take the time to sit down and type your opinion and slag off people when you do it.
But I'm 3/4 wat through a bottle of 2006 Vin De Pays D'oc Merlot. Ain't got a fucking clue if thats good or not, all I know is I like it..
Think this will be my last post tonight cos since go back from Prague bit of sleep then work nights last night then out today so about 5 hours in bed since 03.00 Wed morning and this wine is hitting the spot.

Roly what's your problem? I come back from a great trip and a few days away from here and in the very first thread I read I get insulted for absolutly no reason. Seriously mate, grow up.

Seriously, you know nothing about me apart from the fact that I drink lager, but you insult me at every oportunity. Why does my taste in drink bother you that much? Surely you have more important things to worry about.

Not that I need to justify a thing to you, but while in Prague I only ate in local places and local dishes, drank only Czech lager and only went to one "non local" bar which was legends as I wanted to watch the scousers. You're probably imagining that I spent all my time in strip clubs and brothels but I'm sorry I didn't. Spent most of my time walking around the city (there's nothing like walking with no set destination just to see the city, especially in a place as beautiful as Prague).

I don't know why I'm bothering to go into all this, as your opinion of me really doesn't matter one bit, especially considering the stupid reason for having the opinion, but it's just niggling at me.

put it this way - i dont have to enter the george and dragon to know exactly what it is going to be like and to know it will be serving crap beer and probably crap vodka and be full of tourists cos no average local would be seen dead in it.. but you tell me what eg u fleku is like. you probably dont have a clue.
so you have been to prague but can you honestly say you have experienced prague. maybe you have but not by going to crap tourist pubs but actually i don`t care cos the more the lager louts play safe and dont venture out the better it is for old farts like myself and my mates.
i dont think people were going to prague to discover its diversity matey. Ur absurdity actually disgusts me: its not like gooners go over to prague to 'experience' its riches! to suggest that guys that went are fake baffles me: the away supporters who went (fair play to u lads in those conditions) at least made an effort to watch a substandard arsenal in horrible conditions and if i was to travel to prague to watch this game, i certainly wouldnt be looking for local spots to drink but more well knownm bars that i could find away supporters so that i could have good old sing before the game but also a discussion with fellow gooners. U talk with a chip on shoulder, i dont know why cos the amount of shit beer and shit pubs over here is fair superior to over in czech rep. so why start hassling committed supporters who go and support the arsenal over where they drink, what they do, and why, when in the end we are all just doing the same thing: supporting the Arsenal!! find something worthwhile to argue about

roly,, to be honest most people who travel abroad for a football match wouldnt be or want to be the tourist type
and i dont see what your anger against lager drinkers is. in fairness each to there own,, i personly wouldnt drink that real ale as it tastes really bad to me,, but i wouldnt come on here slagging you off for it

any game i go to i also want to be with my own for the craic and the singing that goes with it,, and im glad our online regulars enjoyed themselfs and all came home happy and safe

[quote="rolypoly"]correction. drinking crap vodka probably in crap tourist pub at crap rip off tourist prices.

what vodka were you drinking out of interest. if bog standard smirnoff then definitely crap.

never said you did not have choice in same way as i am entitled to my opinion and that is anyone going to prague and hangs out at fake irish pubs and fake english pubs is moronic in their lack of taste adventure and imagination

Who cares? You have taken the trouble to come on here and slag off somebody for doing what they want to do on their trip! You seem to be very embarrassed by the average Arsenal fan and describe any of us who want to sing about Spurs or go to Prague and drink in bars that were full of other Arsenal fans as moronic, idiots and a lager louts. I dont get pissed , I dont dance on tables. I dont strip of and run down the street naked . If you drink good wines or whatever you drink then good luck to you I dont come on here and slag you off. But to say " what is fleku I bet you dont have a clue " To be honest I dont give a fuck and you come across very much on this forum as a "Im better than you load of rif raff person" Which disappoints me the most . Im just an average working class person who does his job , goes to football, has a laugh with the fans and a singalong and likes to have a drink when he's out but that seems to piss you off as you have posted so many complaints on here about that sort of fan.

I think it's absolutly crap to have a pop at Chunky, and smir(noff) his reputation

There isn't a grain of truth in the suggestion that he is any worse for how he has a good time - one shouldn't be russian in to judge him.

poly i dont know what your issue is but im affraid your views are shocking. I am shocked at the way your are critising our supporters and the way they go about there business. drinking and singing ect. Im 18 and i admit i dont like to drink heavily on match days as i like to watch the game T - Total. I do have a couple and mostly stella, so what does that make me. Your views on sheff utd away, if you dont like it stay at home, all it is, is a atmosphere.

Chunky has had a god crack in prague like myself and i went to the irish bars. I dont see where your coming from.
