All-time favourite Arsenal shirt

Yeah, I prefer Adidas over Nike, too.
But Umbro is still tops for me.
Would love to see a 2010 Arsenal strip by Umbro.
Brands like Umbro, Lotto and Pony have always seemed like pure football brands to me.

Adidas or Nike?

Not a big Adidas fan but 89 away still does it for me.
Adidas for me still think they make the best kits (cut of the shirt, design etc)
No, for me Nike is much better than adidas

Adidas would be tops for me - I quite liked the old adidas home shirt from a few years back that had the white sleeves but red stripes down the arms 8) For some reason most fans seem to prefer the version that has navy stripes going down the arms instead :?

1970's home shirt was pure class, Arsenal are only Arsenal in white sleeves...Don't like current home shirt, Charlton Athletic replica....away shirt anything yellow or the gold from 2001-02.

I'm talking full kit regardless. He was even in it when it was -7 last month.

Someone else on here must have seen him too.
Ive seen him about block 13, he was there in that kit, against Everton, when there was a fucking snow blizzard, i couldnt believe my eyes when i saw that nutter! :D
His name is Basso and he can be found in the Supporters club before and after games.. never seems to feel the cold.

Only one I would consider wearing now, classic late 60s early 70 shirt, just the cannon and no sponsors shit, quality. I was probably at that game Charlie's playing in there :?

He may have done, but I've got a pic of him in Pony boots playing for Santos.
Maradona wore Puma.
Biggest boot drama I remember was when Johann Neeskens blacked out the white Adidas stripes on his boots before '74 (I think) World Cup Final, because Adidas weren't paying the players to wear them (or something).

Worth bumping this thread, my personal favourites:

82 home shirt
This seasons home shirt (one of the best we've had in recent years)
88-90 away shirt
By far the best is the classic 70s home shirt.

Worst:
08-10 Home shirt
07/08 Away shirt (the white one)
