Emile Heskey!

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I always knew Heskey had a malevolent side. It's no coincidence that he shares a face with pisspoor horror film character "Candyman".

As the only Qualified Referee (that I'm aware of) on the forum, I will give my view (and you can argue if you wish But im right)

Heskey should of seen red! firstly pushing a player in the face straight red! but he got a yellow??? Secondly tackle from behind yellow card at least!

Dont ask for common sense that should come from a player on a yellow card!

The most annoying thing Heskey didnt even check on Theo as he laid injured on the floor

Not as such. I just find it interesting that some people actually speak like that to argue a point.

It's called a forum. People are entitled to their opinions. Even if the letter of the FA law says that Emile Heskey should have been sent off, any member of this forum has the right to suggest otherwise in their opinion. That is what a forum is for. Entering a discussion and stamping your authority by saying "you can argue but I'm right" is childish and it defeats the whole point of having a discussion forum.

Don't mean to be curt with you mate, as I think you're a nice guy - but that really bothered me.

ok lets put it another then Tony, If say Fabregas pushes Ashley Young in the face and gets Red carded, wouldnt you feel cheated? I know your asking for common sense but you cant have that and consistancy and the bracket thing was meant as a joke hence being in brackets

I dont think anyone would have a problem with what you wrote apart from the (im right)part of it. Im no expert in forum etiquete but if you had put a  or a :) then everyone would have known it was a joke
