Blackpool Allocation

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Cardiff only allocate 2,000 in their new stadium. So would have still been difficult for some.

:worried: :gooner_ed: just under 2700 for away fans! even 2000 wud be easy for the regular travel club members anyway!

I also support Aldershot as theyre my local team and we visited Blackpool 3 years ago in the Cup. The 1600 allocation is for a temporary stand along one touchline, similar to the grandstands at most golf competitions.

They have just finished a large stand behind one of their goals and that holds over 5000 with the temporary stand to be used for bigger away allocations as an overflow. :)

Haha. I do travel up and down the country on cold and rainy monday nights, long Sundays and early saturday mornings following the lads though. This is my reward.
