Membership/Ticket Hub Problem

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Once you've logged into the ticket hub, providing you are actually on the waiting list, it appears at the bottom of the page in the area where it shows all the memberships you hold. In my tediously boring life, the annual updating of my position in the queue is mildly exciting. Still a few more years away for me though I think...

Where were you last time you checked Dan? I was 9,700 odd halfway through last season!

My brother had exactly the same issue and he recieved a letter through the post this morning about being able to have a season ticket this season but the only available space was upper teir behind the goal which sucks seeing as i currently sit on my own in the lower teir we was hoping we could be placed together. Am i right in assuming that as I have renewed its too late for me to move up and doubt he will be allowed to come down.....

Rocky - dont move upstairs!!!!!

Seriously, when I got my ST last year they told me only the last few rows upper tier were available, but when I rang and spoke to them I got a lower tier seat. They are trying to offload those upper tier seats first......
