AC Milan away

Forgot lying air fly to Bergamo. Never done it but I think they run a bus to Milan Central Station. Its about 35 miles so not much worse than Malpensa.

Yeah the bus is pretty good although going back last time there was so much traffic we would have missed the flight if it was on time but it wasn't.

NORMALLY YOU WOULD NEED TO BE A MEMBER TO STAND A CHANCE OF GETTING A TICKET FOR THE ARSENAL AT HOME. THERE MIGHT BE MORE CHANCE OF GETTING TICKETS TO AN AWAY GAME IN THE CUP, WHEN WE NORMALLY GET A LARGER ALLOCATION.

HOWEVER, IF YOU DO MAKE PLANS TO COME OVER, GIVE US ENOUGH NOTICE ON HERE (2 MONTHS TO BE CERTAIN, 1 MONTH THERE IS A CHANCE BUT A LITTLE LESS) AND I'M SURE ONE OF THE REGULARS WILL BE ABLE TO GET A COUPLE FOR YOU BEFOREHAND. 8)

Your best bet is to travel with the travel club. They will do a trip out Tue Am pick you up from airport take you in to city then pick you up again in the evening and take you to game. After game they take you to airport were plane is waiting. You get back 02.00/03.00 in time to go streight to work. Thats what I will be doing.

will i need to be a member of the travel club to buy my flights through the club? think it has to be with the club (travel with) as i currently have no stab wounds and intend to keep it that way. :D

Yes you will need to join travel club. It dont cost much about #15 i think. Then you can use them for travel to away European games and coach travel from London to UK games. For every game you go to you get a credit and the more credits you get the more chance you have of getting tickets to big games. It could work out well for you, a game V Sunderland on a Wed night will prob be 0 credits req cos lots of people cant make it. But being op north it easy for you to get to and you build up your credits.
As for stab wounds they do leave you in town for a few hours so if your silly you could still get in some scrapes. But if your like me a bit of sight seeing and drinking it's all good.

I've been twice
first time is the single best team I've ever seen
I'd travelled in europe - but never to anywhere like the sansiro
the police had us penned outside the ground towering above us like some lit-up fascisti spaceship - I was in awe, I think most of us where
we where quiet for a few mins - then started "WHAT A FUCKIN SHITTY GROUND!!" well funny
we got beat 2-0 but they were simply awesome
I swear at the beginning of the 2nd half we didn't touch the ball for 20 mins
Boban, Massaro, Savicevic, Dessailly (in midfield)
the classic back four of baresi, tassoti, costacurta, maldini (our highpoint was wrighty pulling a 1st time gorgeous volleyed nutmeg2himself on maldini)
the week before a Milan fan had been stabbed v cagliari (or pos the other way round) but anyway the milan fans had agreed not2 sing first half as a mark of respect.
we didn't realise and where giving it - you're supposed 2b at home
can you hear the milan sing etc etc
2nd half when they came out the tunnel the place was rocking
san siro wasn't even full but they went mental
all the noise comes from the curva - one end- in italian stadia
they took the piss of us on the pitch
and their fans where deafening

my 2nd trip was very different
the 5-1 game was surprisingly tight
Ray Parlour as captain drove us on 1st half
gr8 move for 1-0 - their equaliser was flukey
but - weirdly for a game thats remembered for henry toasting them - Zanetti was brilliant first 30mins - titi firmly in his pocket
but when henry kicked on he was unstoppable
awesome team performance - but henry especially was unplayable that night
ground was half empty by the time we scored the 5th

anyway am I going this time...?
Fuk yeah

Booked the flights from Luton to Bergamo. Gonna do the shuttle into Milan Central.

Does anyone on this board no how much the shuttle costs (roughly) and any hotels other than Brun, that ain't to far from The San Siro?
