Even if they get past this mob.. i think they will struggle in the group stages... it takes a while to get use to playing in the CL, not just the step up in quality and frequency of big games, but also trying to integrate that with a succesful league campaign where you are expected to perform every week, not just plod along in mid table and save your best for midweek CL games..
I'm surprised they haven't made at least a couple of biggish signings already because they will find the combo of league expectation and CL this season hard enough even if they do, but if they don't they could end up getting humiliated in the CL and end up mid table in the prem..and no one wants to see that...do they..

That's what I love. The fact that their ambition at the start of every season is purely based on what we do says more about how small time they are than I could ever put into words.

How did the Scum get seeded?
They havent been in the CL EVER!!!
how do they get seeded over clubs like Kiev?
I know about all this co-efficiency malarky, but how can UEFA justify seeding Tottenham Hotspur Football Club?
its because the co-efficient is based on club performance in both european competitions (LOL) but crucially on the association they represent, so because since 2005 there have been english clubs in every final bar last year, it's thanks to us, chavski, usa and the victims that they are seeded. it isn't their own merit, liverpool were just really rubbish last year
