CARLING CUP AT THE SWAMP

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Think The Boss let the fans have this one.

I'm over the moon .. :barscarf:
I don't care it's just Carling Cup, it's a North London Derby, and we've lost last season at WHL. I hope we'll do the same in the league!
and I love Jack, he's f*cking brillant :barscarf:

He was very good - how many times did they kick him though, was sure he would pickup a knock but he rolled with it and kept going.

The progress of kos over the last few weeks is what has impressed me most tbh.....when we signed him I wasnt sure and in the first few games he did look lightweight but he appears to be getting stronger with every game and seems to relish the physical aspect now 8)

What can we say about young jack ? Kicked from pillar to post from them c**ts and got fcuk all protection from the ref but still totally ran the show 8) He has the world at his feet if he keeps his feet on the ground, keeps learning and developing and stays away from serious injuries :barscarf:

On the (slightly) negative side I too was disappointed with djouru and denilson and again I am one that normally defends them on here :( As flash has said, eboue looked good going forward but had little end product and was poor defensively where I thought that he was left exposed a lot by lansbury who too often, in my opinion, got caught positionly when he ran around chasing the ball.

I also have to agree with BT that nasri looked very tired and I was one that was getting increasingly frustrated with him in normal time as he was slowing our game up and getting pushed off the ball far too easily. After the first pen though we seen a different nasri as he chased and hassled them and looked a lot happier in himself as if pressure was lifted off him 8)

Graet to see those scum c**ts flooding out with 25 mins of extra time left and that c**t crying his eyes out was just the funniest ever
Take a breather Augie , and get some fluid down your neck. You must be knackered from all that back peddling. To say you ' wasn't sure' is an understatement to say the least

Does Wenger now KNOW ?

by far and away the best away day ive ever done!!!

no matter weather you're pro/anti wenger.
think eboue is a clown/accidental legend
think flappy is useless/shit
think we should play the kids/1st team

EVERY LAST ONE OF US WERE BACKING THE BOYS BIG TIME
nothing but turning up for the Arsenal and letting those fuckwit scumbags know we're on their turf and we are The Arsenal.

top chant of the night has to be (tune of super tottnumb from the lane  ) there's no bacon.theres no bacon,at the lane, theres no bacon
or "shall we make a dvd"

and considering how many on here said they wouldnt go cos it aint worth watching the kids and we'd get battered??? 33 pages is SOME not caring

we pissed em on and off the pitch and they fucking knew it!!

(although i think the guy who screamed LUCAS YOU LEGEND at every goalkick was going was way way too far)

I know what you mean. Funny enough I see quite a few scums supporters around here almost on a daily basis, but saw none of the shit today.

Maybe I floated above them because I was like

:sunshine_happy: :sunshine_happy: :sunshine_happy:

all day. Not in a "tennis" way though.
