Fantastic half of football after the week we have had, 3rd game in a week as well and we are making a fixture nobody would pick after a CL fixture look easy.

When was the last time we went 2-0 at half time?

Need to be professional now, physologicaly villa will know a goal back will hurt us - we need to push for the 3rd, not sit back.

bring off rosicky and chamakh and bring on walcott and van persie in the second half.

Denilson and Bentdner will probably come on though :banghead:

id rather Denilson!!!

No need to change anything at all while things are as they are, team playing well - Rosicky has been well involved up front and Cham causing all sorts of problem in the ar and holding things up well - do agree that a 20 min stint for VP would be good later on though.

Yer maybe chamakh needs to stay on the pitch, but this is set up perfectly for walcott.

Great first half, similar to last week’s. Arshavin’s been quality. Seems like there’s been a bit more interchanging between the 3 behind Chamakh & AA23’s getting more involved as a result. Villa are wide open & there for a serious taking as long as we don’t fall into the same old trap... fuck, Wenger's probably doing the ole's in the dressing room as we speak!

I'm still very nervous about this. The few times Villa have got forward they could have scored. Please dear God, it can't happen again. I won't stop crapping myself until we are 4-0 up with 30 seconds to go.

Pat....bring out the vino, we've got this in the bag.

Seriously, any team that wants to win the league is lucky to make a fuck up once - to do it again in the same position is criminal.

BUT onus is on them to come at us - hopefully we can get this done - crowd already on their back.

Is this just wishful thinking or has some genius had the idea of telling alex song to do his job? Has had bobby in his pocket all half.
