Ticket Allocation Old Trafford

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

That was a fantastic day when we had 9,000 go up there for the 2003 game...Would this mean theres a chance of getting more now the capacity of the theatre of shit has increased?

It looks as though the travel club has organised air, train and coach travel for this game...see the arsenal website which I'm sure they wouldn't do if there wasn't going to be a large allocation.

I think it'll be 12:45 kick off....give both teams to to prepare for the champions league games midweek (i'm sure the Mancs play on Wednesday as well as us).

Still no announcement as to whether the game will be Saturday or Sunday, but I tend to agree that the BBC's 1245 spot on Saturday is most likely, owing to the midweek Champions League games - although I see that we're both playing on the Wednesday, so Sunday not completely out of the question.

think sky have always shown the early game on saturday for FA CUP

IF BBC get this game it could be a SAT GAME 5.15KO
this would be an ideal time .

the KO will have nothing to do with champ leauge games or trouble (the reason alot of derbys are early) it will be 12.45 KO for the benifit of far eastern viewers.

I think the potential of it kicking off in Manchester has something to do with it also.

IN FACT, THEY WILL PROBABLY GO TO GENERAL SALE - ESPECIALLY IF WE GET THE 9,000 TICKETS I EXPECT US TO.

I THINK FA CUP RULES STATE THAT THE OPPOSITION SHOULD GET ANYTHING UP TO 15% OF THE TICKETS. MOST SIDES GET 9,000 WHEN THEY VISIT OLD TRAFFORD AND I DO SEEM TO REMEMBER THAT'S WHAT WE GOT WHEN WE PLAYED THEM BACK IN 2003. 8)
