whilst you personally may or may not have a beef with ***,(and plenty of you by your own admition have never even encountered ***)you should look closer to home if you want to point fingers.

the stuff i've read on here is no less than a witch hunt ,containing death threats,violent threats, bulling tactics and *** full name and address,tel number and email address..none of which were moderated,what on earth did you expect.if your mods were doing their job the site would not have been pulled ,am i right or am i right?

You are neither. In fact, you are wrong. The person in question's personal details were not handed out on this site, although they have been put about on other forums. Can't really blame us for her personal details being on other forums...

As for death threats...are you having a laugh? If someone took anything that was said on here as a death threat then I reckon they're just causing trouble for the sake of it. Are you really telling me that anything posted on here legitimately gave the person in question reason to fear for their life? Pull the other one.

Anyway the person who posted the 'death threat'

isn't that threatening at all. Far less threatening than...dare I say it...pink cats!

just to clarify this 100% - we have been offered proof of the posting of the address and phone number (on this forum) by the individual that was the subject of the content that had our service providers pull the site on thursday. we have asked to see it as i am certainly unaware of it being posted and i will obviously want to look into it if such details were indeed posted. i am not convinced they were, but the individual concerned has claimed they saved the pages, so as long as they are willing to provide that evidence, then i have an open mind about it. if however they cannot prove this, there is a chance the site was pulled on a false pretext. the truth is out there...

I struggle to believe that death threats were threatened upon this site unless of course they were done in such a tongue in cheek way and taken completely out of context. Afterall Hlebby is Europes biggest drug dealer, I hold the biggest pervy sex fests on the planet and rebel drinks off licences for a living.

incidentally, can i ask where you got the idea that the personal details mentioned above were posted on this forum? who posted them? the allegations you mention are very similar to those in an email sent to the publisher of the gooner by the subject of the threads which caused the site to be taken down - but the specific allegations were not circulated to anyone but myself and the webmaster, so if indeed such details were never posted, it leads me to only one conclusion... please enlighten me...

Since I've been here, I have read every thread or skirmished through; I don't remember anyone sending death threats (expect to Senderos: KILL HIM) nor anyone giving out addresses and phone numbers.

Here AK why do you bother comin on here I've been involved in a thread with you before cos you were moanin about havin to wait 90 secs between posts, while at the same time slaggin off Arsenal.com as "full of twats" and bemoanin all things PC which is exactly what we're fightin against on here, all because a certain person is takin flak for tryin to change our entire culture, to make them feel that they are really on the other side of the pond instead of the UK where the matchday ritual is deeply rooted in our society!
Just for the record I am not without some sympathy for their cause, as I don't want someone in front of me using the word c**t every 2 mins or to go back to the bad old days of offensive and/or disturbing chants but then again that has never been a particular problem at Arsenal anyway, as we are revered for having one of the most liberal and tolerant fanbases in the country, but football is evolving naturally for better and worse despite our attempts in retaining some of the traditional feel that is fast haemorrhaging from the overall matchday experience!
But here's the thing and there's no gettin away from this, if you do decide to come in and try and force things it's ill advised, to put a big **** neon sign on your **** because it leaves your motives wide open to scepticism, upon which further suspicion is laid when you get an entire site pulled by runnin to the host instead of at least tryin to sort it amicably, but then seein as we aren't part of the police state that is Arsenal.com, the abolition of this forum was probably their intent all along!
It seems that yet again while your username proclaims a well known phrase amongst Gooners, you my friend are a hedger cos you don't know what you want, and as TS and Wayno have already said, if you saw death threats, which you took as real, and I mean real, not figurative then maybe you'd like to share them with us!
