Don't know if this is the right thread for all of todays deadline day news but....several reports that Torres has Liverpools training ground by Helicopter.

Torres IS expected (several sites/tweets) at Chelsea's training ground via Helicopter in the next 30 minutes.

I suppose the good thing for this year is that we don't have to face Torres/Drogba in the league where as Utd do TWICE!

Will he be eligible for them in the CL though? Or does playing in the Thursday Cup mean he's cup-tied? Given the Chavs have practically got a bye through to the QFs I'd be a bit concerned they might sneak their way to Wembley, especially if they can play Torres! I'm sure Abramovich must be going for one (hopefully) last push for the CL with this change of transfer policy.

Don't know how, but apparently Fernancy is not cuptied for Champs league...at least that's what it says on 5live

But great news on our transfer front Gavin Hoyte has extended his contract at Lincoln.

Chelsea strengthen where they need it, the dippers are re-building instead of putting cash in a bank, the scum are bidding big money for strikers because their strike force is crap, even S'land and Villa are strengthening where it's needed.

AW says a squad with Denilson,Squillaci and Barry B is good enough to go for 4 trophies....regardless of the fact that a league one team nearly humiliated them.....is there any one left here that doesn't think the old man is going senile and or is a c**t.

why do people always fucking forget every year that 1 player per team can be registered for the Champions League if they have only played in the Europa for another club.
