Pubs for Sunday

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

The Walkabout sounds okay, but am slightly dubious at the prospect of there being Birmingham City or non-Arsenal fans there (what with it being open to the general public).
What about The Arsenal Tavern? Should be a good atmosphere there,it has got several screens,(including a big one in the back bar),the beer is ok,and the food is not bad.
Never actually been there before, but just Google'd it and I've definitely been past it many times. Is it likely to be ticketed as well? Thanks for the tip.
Possibly, but it is a big place so you should be ok.

My question is, why would a West Brom fan sign up with the username 'Villain'? Makes no sense.

Not really relevent to this thread I know but I thought that I would share it with you all the same 8)
The North Star's still there mate, though I'd imagine it's changed slightly since you were a kid. It's one of those poncey gastropub type places now where all the ridiculously priced food they serve is "pan seared" or "nestling on a bed of ..." or "lightly drizzled with ...". Fucking load of old bollocks if you ask me! Old fashioned working class boozers are sadly becoming a thing of the past. Rant over for today.
Well said that man :bowing21:

Just called the Twelve Pins, and the girl on the phone (who was pretty fucking rude, incidentally) told me that tickets won't be available for sale tomorrow (pre-sales only).

Which seems rather odd, considering it hasn't sold out. Oh well, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Considering the game is on the BBC as well as Sly, it will be on in nearly every pub in the area. (except The Coronet obviously !)
