Blackpool footy thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Can I just say that I've always hated these Match threads which, when started a few days beforehand, have loads of predictions which inevitably prove foolish!! :banghead: :banghead: I would much prefer them if they were started on the day of the fixture and or were restricted to just discussing team selection and of course ongoing and after-match comments. But that's just me I guess.

The problem is before we had this thread there would be 10 different threads

What formation will we play against
Will x be fit against
I hate playing x because etc...

At least now it's all in one place.

Honestly couldn't care at this point, we will either scrape a win or go 1-0 down and get a late goal. I want us to win but can't see it with this bunch.

Thing is, I like Holloway, would be a shame if Blackpool went down.

Not just you hlebby cos I feel the same - I can never fathom the starting of threads straight after yet another shit performance cos I would still be too raw to even contemplate looking ahead 6 days to the next game
That being said I do understand chippys point about this policy does largely prevent have more than 1 match thread

Another Canadian around these parts? :o

Hard to get excited based on the team's performance recently. I'd love to see Rambo and Wilshere thrown on to mix things up.

I'm confident we'll win, but not by the emphatic margin we should win by. And when I say confident, don't confuse that for convinced :p
Not a Canadian but going to Whistler, skiing for 10 days, on Saturday.
If you get a chance go to the Araxi restaurant, you will not regret it.
