All-time favourite Arsenal shirt

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Favourites: 69 - the first one I owned. Otherwise 96-98, classic, no red on the sleeves or white on the body.

Away: 91-93 I've got the original and loved it because everyone else hated it. Otherwise, 97-99 with the single hoop across the chest.

I was interested to see that we've only had yellow away kits since 69.

I'm not bothered about away kits colours, but home kit is sacred.

I like the 1978 home shirt, purely because it's the oldest one I own.
The 89 away is a classic, I got 2 off eBay and I also like the 1984(?) away, the one with yellow and gold stripes.
I love collecting any Arsenal shirts though, a few insanely rare ones on eBay now. I'd go without food for a month to own those!
