Sad news re Charlie! Charlie!

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

No age at all.

Thoughts are with you, his family and friends. I hope to God that he finds a way to pull through, even if the chances are slim. :(

Sad OMM really sad and to someone still in their prime :( your health is everything yet most of us are guilty of taking it for granted, until stories such as this make us realise how lucky we are and put things into perspective, print this thread out and take it to his bedside if he's a fighter there's always a chance - hope we hear from you again Steve :!:

I'm shocked and horrified to hear this. I am sitting here in my office with tears streaming down my face. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Steve a couple times in the Gunners with Percy, OMM, Rebel and Spuddy and he is just a wonderful fun guy. Always has a smile and a laugh for everyone, first to get to the bar and buy a beer and LOVES his Arsenal. One of lifes good guys. Well played Number 5 that pic of Steve and Percy at Villa is a great pic.

Percy, Onemoreminute I know you two inparticular are very close to Steve and my thoughts and prayers are with him, his family and you guys. Praying for a miracle.

I'm just shocked and devestated to be honest.

This is just terrible news, I met Charlie x's 2 several times and he's a top bloke and a true Gooner, I really hope he can pull through this and my heart goes out to him and his family.

Have only just seen this as I'm not here as often these days. I'm gutted. Steve is such a nice guy. I had the pleasure of drinking with him a few times in the gunners with several from this forum. You honestly couldn't wish to meet a nicer guy. Always up for a laugh and generous of spirit. He'll be sadly missed.
My thoughts are with all that know him, his family and friends.
