You've forgotten Mental Strength FC 1 vs Relegated Plodders 2

Is that because it was not a major final, or because it only occurred owing to "special circumstances" (i.e. everyone's new favourite Koscielny showing the reasons why at 25 his career peak was Lorient)
Didn't want to go there SteveO. Kos :banghead: There was a bit on The Tuesday Club where they were saying that the reason for the "mix up" was the noise. The noise! As they said, did 70,000 people shout "LEAVE IT" all at once?
Arsene FC, the ever imploding clown's car of football.

90 min score 0-0, Utd to win in extra time.

Don't care who wins but if I had to choose one, it would be Utd

Surely a Utd win would benefit English football down the road? Extra european spot, more media attention the league, more money into the premier league which would surely result in the ability of clubs to lower the cost of match tickets, right?

Dont say that! With Chelsea & ManCity bankrolled, ManUtd being ambitious, and us being neither bankrolled or ambitious..... what would Arsene Wenger think of that? After all, he really believes getting 4th CL spot is an achievement and thats as far as his ambition goes!

I can never really understand the 'support the English team' thought process, unless it was a mid table side but not one of our fiercest competitors. Barca have their bad side but they also have their brilliant side and do I really want ManUre to be even more successful? No so for me I just want Utd to lose

Ha ha, what a bunch of sourpusses. Actually I hope to see a great game of football. With no particular preference I can sit back, enjoy it and hope to see some epic stuff from the likes of Messi and Hernandez. If you actually like football, as opposed to wallowing in the tribalism that goes with it, and thus refusing to let yourself relish some class players, then more fool you for being so bitter and petulant. :D

Hope they both lose!!!! You couldn't find two more arrogant, self-righteous, twattish football teams in the entire Universe. And can you imagine the commentary?? Peter Drury will have tugged himself senseless within 10 minutes of kick-off!!

I'll be praying for a meteor strike just after 8pm . . . . . . . . .

Spot on mate. Are the Barca card-waving c****s any worse than Rooney, Evra and the constantly cheating Vidic? I don't think so. Winning makes the Mancs stronger. I hope they get hammered.
