Fucking off to Catalonia to watch Moto fucking GP, playing against Barca because he was injured because all Cesc Fabregas cares about is Cesc Fabregas, hugging all the Barca players in the tunnel, etc.

Oh and ignoring me when I asked for an autograph in a tapas bar in Mayfair about three years ago, I asked twice and he heard me, sort of turned, looked at me and did fuck all, it wasn't like I was interrupting him, he was waiting for someone for fuck sake.

Also why is being a shit captain not his fault?
You are how you are and Cesc isnt leadership material in my opinion but Wenger thinks he is, therefore that makes Wenger wrong to make him captain. As for his other indiscresions i dont agree that makes him a *word censored* but if he upset you so much 3 years ago i doubt id change your mind here

Haha! No I was there because it is one of the two best tapas places in London and I like tapas. El Pirata is the place, just north of Green Park. The other one FWIW is Tendido Cuatro on the Kings Rd.

EH!?? a Myth?...What you mean like Myth Marpel ? :? :D

Cesc = brilliant player - But having played alongside true legends like Bergkamp, Henry and Pires - He suddenly finds himself with a bunch of useless prima donna pricks like ebouoe, denilshyte, almunia etc....so who can blame him for thinking Fuck This for a larf....

Cesc Fabregas should go down as one of the greatest ever talents to have played for The Arsenal. He deserves to be up there alongside the likes of Bergkamp, Henry, Brady and Pires. He's genuinely world class, and once he gets his move to Barca, his reputation worldwide will grow and grow. He will not be forgotten so easily.

As for legend status.... no, but that's not because of his talent, contribution or effort.

For me, a legend has to have a certain amount of the right ingredients...

1. loyalty and longevity (Adams, Seaman, Bob Wilson (player and coach), Bergkamp, George, etc)
2. cult hero status (Bergkamp, Brady, George, Wright, Adams, etc.)
3. Ability (Bergkamp, Brady, Pires, Henry, Cesc, etc)
4. Memorable goals/moments (Wright, George, Thomas, Brady, Sunderland, etc)
5. Iconic teams ('79, '89, invincibles.... sadly, NOT the "Wenger Youth Project" era :( )
6. Trophies

For me, Cesc just doesn't tick enough boxes yet, and if he leaves he never will :(

Myth or legend? Talk about two ends of the spectrum.

He's neither. Once he goes to Barça and plays in that team, no one will be left in any doubt as to his talent as a footballer. I honestly can't believe (well, I can believe it - on here, anyway) people saying he's overrated.

Anyway, as for him being a 'legend'; close, but no cigar. Still, once he settles in over in Cataluña, I doubt that'll trouble him too much

Will be gutted when he leaves as he's a world class player and I don't buy in to the bullshit of "well, he's a damaging influence on the team because, like, his head is totally in Barcelona, and stuff". To steal (and slightly alter) a line from a famous rapper - we've got 99 problems, but Cesc ain't one.

Or he was waiting for his date to turn up and was getting in the right frame of mind to "tap" her "ass".

Bringing myself back on topic. Fabregas will always be remembered as the most gifted young talent I have seen on a football field in my life time, as a player who went on to fulfill his early potential and is well on the way to increase it even further no matter where he ends up.

And for that reason, not only does he have legendary status in my eyes, I'd also be willing to have sex with him.

Quite a lot of sex in fact. 8)

Off topic but try Navarros on Charlotte St....

Personally I think had Cesc not been made captain then there wouldnt be as much pressure on him. There is no doubt we are a better side with him in the team, the team is based around him so without him in it we are lacking. Different people have different interpretations as to what constitutes legendary status but as far as remembering players in 10/20 years time I'll remember that we had a gifted World Cup winner in the middle of an average Arsenal side.
