Off topic but try Navarros on Charlotte St....

That time of month, hey?

To be fair I wouldn't exactly classify myself as a 'tapas in Mayfair' sort of person but you are what you eat I guess? 2 litre bottles of cider that sounds... Pikey isn't quite the word... Hang on... Yes, that's it. Are you by any chance from Braintree via Stoke on Trent?

It's very difficult to be a legend in a mediocre team, however I'm suprised at the 'he's a c**t, he's overrated' posts.
At worst he's been a top player for us. At times he's carried the team (particularly before Jack emerged) and has played some brilliant football. He's not an extrovert so doesn't create the same impression as a Wrighty, Henry etc and possibly for this reason hasn't been the sort of captain I'd like to see (I agree that it's AW's fault for giving him the job). At times he's seemed to despair at AW's approach and he's not had his best season.

I don't have a problem with him fraternising with his mates at Barca. He's known them since he was a kid and has won the world cup with them. It would be a bit strange if he ignored them.

He's been with us a long time, has played brilliantly at times, has scored important goals etc etc but imo falls just short of being a legend. He has though contributed more than some of the players suggested as legends.

Of course he is a legend. He has carried this shower for the last 5 years. The only member of the present squad who would get anywhere near the Invincible team.Sadly he has had to play in a side which the manager has no ambition

Image LEGEND! Image

Has to Be. The only one of Wenger's youth project to succeed, and certainly the only one who would get anywhere near the '98 / '02 team, and the Invincibles, although only as a brilliant sub.
