Spare a thought for my mum tonight

Sorry to hear about that...can sympathise certainly as my father died the eve before a league cup match against Liverpool in the 1988/89 season. He was a gooner and I was young at the time but my brothers all went the following day to the game...just needed to carry on as normal...in the family we always say we won the league in the most incredible way for him that year.

yeah i send my wishes to your mum MK - although whilst trying to avoid appearing pessimistic i lost my mum sept 06 so altho i have no idea on the circumstances of your mother i can relate to how you feel. Best wishes.
