Nasri

Answer this honestly. If you were a top player at Arsenal would you be happy with our defence over the last 5 seasons ?
Would you get pissed off that we leak more goals than a Sunday league team who have just been out on a weekender to Blackpool ?

If Nasri stays he will be like a £20m signing for just one season only thats how much it will cost us for an unhappy player at that. And when he leaves for nothing next summer to whatever club he chooses we will have £20m less to buy a replacement. So much for Wenger saying the Flamini situation would never happen again

i didnt read every answer to this thread
but i think he'll stay another season
because next season he'll gain so much more money from a new club interested on him for no transfer price to pay
so the only contract for him should be whit so many zeros

It defies logic, keep him for one year at the cost of 23m+wages or sell him and buy someone like Mata of equal quality and potential but have them for 4 years with a potential sell on.

It's mismanagement of the highest order, Nasri is not that important and more to the point why is he being allowed to get away with it?

And where is Gazidis amongst all this. OK, I concede, I hate the weasel-worded tosser with a passion, but for once shouldn't he be shouldering some of the blame on this stuff

People always say he's not been here that long, but decent CEOs / Chief Execs / COO's make their mark within months.

To my mind he has not negotiated a major player deal or sponsorship worthy of the name.

If he's not responsible for player contracts and negotiations with agents etc then someone tell me who is please ?

Wenger can quite happily keep Nasri for another year, because Wenger may well be gone before Nasri's contract runs out. Someone elses problem then.

Make up your mind, I would be stunned if Kroenke stands for this nonsense.

If he don't sign sell the fucker, we can't carry one player that can't be bothered, two is a disaster waiting to happen.
When Kroenke bought out the shares he needed to become outright owner Wenger gave him the public ok. Thats how fucked up things at Arsenal are
Falsh do you seriosuly believe for one moment that if he had said sell to Kreonke and Dein they would have just done that, yes or no? Do you think if hehad said don't sell they would not have sold?

Seriously your effort to pin everything on Arsene Wenger because you simply cannot admit the Board was not what you believed them to be is byond wronmg or ppathetic it can be frankly harmrful to Arsenal because it gives whoever runs the club the excuse to mis-lead us because they no with supporters like you bending over backwards to protect them they can get away with it.

Clearly Stan Kreonke is putting no pressure on the club or the manager to spend more why not? Because he doesn't have to as long as you won't question it.

The fact that RvP hasn't come out and moaned once, or are trying to force a move, has given me a lot of respect for him. With the number of times he has scored just for our defence to let in a stupied goal or make a silly mistake at the back he would have every right to be quite fed up by now. Especially since it doesn't seem Wenegr will do anything to sort the problem out.

Perhaps RvP actually has a conscience and thinks that he owes the club something, you know after him earning a fortune over the last 5 years for sitting on the sidelines.

Great quote, bloody stambles it's become. I would sell him and move on, I would actually sooner Wenger then signs samba/Cahill and one or two workers and see where we end up end of next season. We all know what going to happen unless we shift 10 crap players off our books...

Whats the point in keeping Nasri when we will play with the same defence. If I was Nasri I would want out.
Boos all around the Emirates this coming season. I have never been more gutted as an Arsenal fan in my entire life. We have great fans who deserve so much more.

I too am at a loss as to what Gazidis' role at the club is supposed to be. :?
