Newcastle Footy thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

i want us to win... but i just can't see us not conceding! if we can somehow get a couple and not fall to bits then this is a winnable game.
not even gonna think about the looming man utd game, that's gonna be painful i think :(

Read the post again I said for the greater good of arsenal football club so we can move forward. If you're happy with the way things are then maybe you should make that trip you suggested to me.

Wenger took the absolute piss with his comments yesterday.

He is making a fool out of us and Arsenal FC.

The long term priority has to be to get the man out and the only way that will happen is for the club to go into such decline that even this board will be left with little choice but to sack him.

I hope by the end of August we have failed to qualify for the champs league and have been taught a lesson by the Mancs.

Really excited about this game now.

Despite all the doom and gloom off the pitch, I'm hopeful/expectant that we'll play well today and win.

3-0 I reckon.

I'm pessimistic but I don't think we'll lose that badly!

We'll win today, the AKBs will come out in force and Wenger will take looking smug to a whole new level.

Very sad. Was hoping he'd have been shipped out this summer but there seem to have been no indications of the sort. Hopefully he's refound his old form but he's offered pretty much nothing to the team for the past two years :(
