Transfer Rumours Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I think he will, maybe just not in the midfield area which he's being asked about. We do need someone there though. He's probably looking.

I wish he wouldn't bring up Diaby though, the guy is shit and has no place at arsenal after his spurs debacle

Cesc + Nasri + CL Income = Approx £75m into the pot.

But of course it's hard to find anyone better than what we already have

Yeah saw this. Cahill as well. Be good if true, no hopes though.

Through it all, AW retains a demonic sense of humour...

I have no confidence that we will actually buy anyone....but I also wouldn't read too much into Wenger's comments.

Everyone knows that we have the cash so if he also appears desparate then we could end up paying ridiculously inflated fees (as Liverpool have done). He will be using the media in any negotiations.

Lets face it, I think other clubs will already be well aware that Wenger will walk away if the demands are seen as unreasonable.

Where did you see this??? Really want to keep TR as a squaddie. Has looked very good so far since pre-season and one of very few creative CM we have in the squad!

I have not rated Rosicknote since just after his first decent spell and then the long term "injury" but have to say in preseason and so far this season he has looked vastly improved when played in the centre. Not saying he is great but if he got a good run of games in the centre then who knows? We might actually see a decent player...

If we signed Kaka I would get a little bit excited. Don't know why though. I'd even think about purchasing a home shirt.

What made you think that  !

I think it's shocking, I really do. No really problem with the shirt itself though. It's just that ridiculous looking f*cking iron on badge..... :banghead: !
