Jack Rodwell to sign?

I heard our offer was accepted for Ronaldo
the deal was going through
but ManUre gazumped us, weighed off the agent and put some extra cash in the chairmans pocket
I thought our accepted offer was £7-8M

I like Rodwel, think he's a very good young prospect.
