However all the best managers need help sometimes and the Arsenal board don't seem to have a clue what is going on most of the time

Remember the rights issue Usmanov proposed in 2009 which was rejected almost instantly?
They weren't keen on Kroenke initially, "we don't want his sort" they claimed. But when he assured them that he's only here for the profits and won't put fuck all back in they welcomed him on board.
