Augie, remember might that whilst we might not sign anyone in this market, the great thing is that there are two markets at work, as our Dear Leader said on 13 August 2011:augie wrote:highburyJD wrote:or he won't be increasing any of the offers already made...
I'm sorry but that is unacceptable - when you need players badly, as we do, then you have to be willing to pay that little bit extra to get those players. If you identify players and think they are going to improve our team enough to make a bid then how then do you back out and decide to stick as you are ? I mean if you have confidence in the players you already have, and bear in mind that these players have us sitting 19 pts off the top 2, then surely you wouldnt need to bid or buy other players ?
Please please please wenger just fcuking fcuk off and take your penny piching economics and internal solutions with you![]()

"We have two markets: one is internal and one is external. Internal is the young players that we have - players who are inside the club are very important".
Ha ha - I love the transfer window - an excuse for everyone to tread on the same rake that they do every Summer. One big signing and thats Podolski. Forget anyone else of note coming in.
Anyway Thomas Eisfeld is set to be one of the stars of the Prem next season
